Job Description :


We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist our rapidly growing Adtech Team. As part of our technical support team, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical and production issues. You'll fit right in with us if you have a passion for unraveling complex issues and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you're looking to work in an open, collaborative environment side-by-side with our development engineers to resolve customer issues and shape future product design, we can't wait to hear from you


Responsibilities :


- Provide superior technical support and service to our users (including advertisers, operations team, sales team, etc. ).


- Responsible for debugging the reported issues and performing the root cause analysis.


- Participate in the maintenance and deployment of software applications Implement robust monitoring and alerting system and optimize for scale and performance.


- Handle customer and internal escalations deal personally the support issues and Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e. g. software developers).


- Ensure all issues are properly logged and tracked.


- Work with the engineering team to identify and prioritize issues and enhancements that need to be taken up by the Product


- Team Become a product expert for stakeholders and stay up-to-date on all the features of the application.


- Identify and facilitate training programs that will improve product knowledge, technical skills, and customer handling skills of team members.


- Identify and write internal and external technical articles or knowledge-base entries, like typical troubleshooting steps, workarounds, or best practices


Requirements :


- 4+ years of experience working with users/developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.


- Experience in backend infrastructure applications as well as Client-side applications (Android / IOS).


- Excellent analytical and debugging skills, passion for pinning down technical issues, and solving problems.


- Enjoys a fast-paced working environment and the ability to work in an agile environment.


- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in software and/or a technologically relevant field.


- Experience in writing code in any scripting language such as Bash (preferable), Python, etc.


- Good knowledge of Linux environment.


- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.


- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs.


- Experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS.


- Understanding of GIT, Jenkins, and Jira.


- Ability to understand architectural designs.


- Excellent multitasking skills and communication skills - both verbal and written.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
