Deployment : Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise devices while ensuring data privacy and security.Incident Detection and Resolution: a. Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues b. Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly c. Proactive measures to prevent future incidentsReporting: a. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators. b. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment. c.
