As one of ourearly senior engineers , you’ll have a direct impact ontechnical architecture, product direction, and team culture . This is a rare opportunity to shape a product and company from the ground up.What You’ll Do Lead design and architectureof scalable SaaS solutions for contract intelligence using various Gen AI LLMs. Own end-to-end development of features: from requirements and design to deployment and monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and set best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD. Work closely with founders and product team ontechnical strategy and roadmap . Contribute hands-on in building APIs, services, integrations, and data workflows. Drive decisions aroundcloud architecture (AWS), security, and performance optimization .✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experiencewith strong backend (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and/or full-stack skills. Deep experience withdatabases (Postgres, MongoDB, etc.) , API design, and distributed systems. Strong knowledge ofAWS or other cloud platforms . Prior exposure toGen AI, AI/ML, document processing, or SaaS productsis a big plus. Proven ability to work infast-paced, startup-like environments . Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.Our Hiring Process We keep itefficient and transparent : Resume and application screening Intro call (15 mins)– mutual discussion about role and expectations. Technical assignment (2 hours max)– a practical task relevant to our product. For senior candidates, we’re flexible: instead of coding, this can be anarchitecture or system design exercise .
