IgniteAndRise is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, committed to excellence and innovation in staffing and HR solutions. We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Assistant Manager to support our HR team and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Objective:-
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant Manager to assist in managing HR operations, employee relations, and the overall HR lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient HR function, ensuring that HR processes align with the company’s growth and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:-
HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, concerns, and policy clarifications. Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
Performance Management: Assist in monitoring employee performance, organizing performance reviews, and identifying areas for development and improvement.
Process Optimization: Work with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, tools, and workflows to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Training & Development Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs to foster employee growth.
HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to inform leadership about key HR trends and issues.
Compensation Details:-
1. Please review the job description thoroughly.
2. The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.
3. During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹5,000 awarded for each candidate whose onboarding process is successfully completed.
4. ️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
5. After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, which will include a 10-40% increase based on performance and tenure.
