Certified a Great Place to Work in India.Role Overview As an Implementation Architect, you will: Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insightsKey Responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-liveAdoption & Value Quantification: Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewalsCustomer Experience & Engagement: Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvementRoadmap Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmapRequired Skills & Experience Minimum 5 yearsin a technical implementation role Willingness to work US Shift hours Minimum 3 yearsin customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software Domain Expertise:PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards Certificate Lifecycle management/operations PKI implementation processes PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practicesHands-on: Kubernetes Linux / Windows server management Apache, IIS (application expertise) Preferred:CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skillsGood To Have Skills Fast learner with a strong drive for continuous technology growth Experience in providing strategic feedback to improve products and processesWhy Join Us?
