The platform analyze & respond to threats & attacks leveraging both technical & business risks and provide holistic & contextual risk and security gaps with hyper remediations. Engineering Manager - Noida, India Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2-4 years in a managerial role. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic engineering team in Noida/Chennai facility. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive product development, mentor engineering talent, and contribute to our company's growth in global markets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Lead and manage a team of 8-15 software engineers. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent in the competitive Indian market Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members Technical Excellence Drive architectural decisions and ensure code quality standards Oversee technical debt management and system scalability Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature planning and delivery Establish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes Lead technical reviews and ensure robust testing practices Project & Process Management Manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Design Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices Monitor team velocity and optimize development workflows Strategic Initiatives Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies Represent engineering in company-wide initiatives and planning sessions Required Qualifications: Technical Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in management roles Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, React, Go, etc.) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching systems, and message queues Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with performance management and conflict resolution Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the IT services or product development industry Knowledge of compliance requirements for global markets Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or cloud platforms What We Offer: Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses and equity participation Comprehensive health insurance for employee and family Location: Noida, India
