We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to build and lead our oral care product business under the Toothsi brand. Toothsi is India's #1 clear aligner brand with a strong omnichannel presence. Over the past five years, we have successfully established a robust aligner and skincare services business. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding into a comprehensive portfolio of oral care products. These products will be distributed through various channels, including online and e-commerce platforms, Quick Commerce, Toothsi Offline Centers, general trade, and our extensive network of over 5,000 dentist partners.

We seek an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for oral care to spearhead this 0-1 initiative, which is currently in its early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Leadership: Build and lead the oral care product business for Toothsi, owning the complete P&L of the brand.

- Team Development: Assemble and lead a high-performing team, including a sourcing manager, and e-commerce manager, and collaborate with other key stakeholders like sales heads, marketing heads, e-commerce partners, operations teams, and agency partners.

- Product & Marketing Ownership: Oversee new product development, marketing communications, sourcing, performance marketing, content creation, consumer insights, and revenue growth for the oral care product business.

- Business Scaling: Work closely with the founders to co-create and execute a plan to scale the business to a significant size within the next two years, ensuring robust unit economics.

Desired Skill Set:

- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in building a digital or omnichannel business in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Team Management: Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

- E-commerce Expertise: Hands-on experience with e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sales is a plus.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced 0-1 setup.

- Data-Driven: Strong bias for data with the ability to quickly iterate based on new insights.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a passion for creating and scaling new ventures.
