Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Executive for a full-time position This senior role is based in Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Bawal, Neemrana, Tapukhera and Khushkhera and involves driving sales strategy, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. Candidates will use their expertise to manage accounts, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Candidates from manufacturing( tools, equipment, machinery, spare parts, metals, chemicals, paints, adhesive, polish) will be a good match.
Gender Preference- Male

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in communication with strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage clients and present solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing client needs swiftly.
- Expertise in contract management, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements effectively and efficiently.
- Strong sales strategy development skills to craft successful plans and initiatives that drive business growth.
- Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities systematically.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management to maintain and grow our client base proactively.
- Must have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients to secure new business opportunities in alignment with company sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value offerings.
- Negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring terms are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline for accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and insights to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitive actions, and customer insights.
