The Sr. Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, development of designs and details, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project coordination & integration. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the development of detailed architectural plans, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. The Sr. Architect will also be responsible for liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional outcomes.QualificationsBachelors degree in Architecture with 8+ years of experienceMaster Degree in Associated field is a plusProficiency in Design detailing and coordinationExperience in Sports, Healthcare, Hospitality & Education projects.Experience in Project Management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationExcellent communication and leadership skillsThorough understanding of MEP ServicesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentFamiliarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
