As a Sales admin, you will be supporting our admissions, recruitment and widening access team for our higher education courses. You will be helping to achieve with student recruitment targets, recruitment journey and ensure the data entry are up to date. You will have the opportunity to create relationship with our student recruitment team and support them on student’s applications which have a meaningful impact on the journey of prospective applicants.


Role Purpose:


To work effectively in this key role, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills and be a confident user of MS Office software. Applicant will be versatile and resourceful, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team and thrive in a busy, sometimes unpredictable, school environment.


  • Working with colleagues in sales, academic team and student finance/services roles, to ensure:
  • Providing vital assistance to recruitment and admissions team
  • Engage with existing leads in the recruitment process
  • Providing accurate and timely support through a range of administrative activities
  • Inputting information into the CRM Dynamics to ensure accurate and complete leads are maintained
  • Support the recruitment team with sending out the weekly reports to our outreach partners
  • Supporting with interview schedules and sending out offers
  • Calling prospective students when help is required


Skills & Experience


We require a team player who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will be confident utilising the Microsoft Office suite, as well as CRMs/systems for accurate data input and management. You will be responsible for managing student enquiries for undergraduate courses and providing a responsive, accurate and professional service to our students.
