We are looking for detail-oriented Lease Abstractors to join our team. As a Lease Abstractor, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and summarizing commercial lease agreements to extract essential information accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Abstract and Review the Lease documents or any Amendments. Manage and update all leases in the Lease Admin system. Review and analyze commercial lease agreements, extracting key terms, conditions, clauses, and addendums. Condense complex lease documents into clear summaries, emphasizing critical details such as lease dates, rental rates, clauses, and tenant responsibilities. Enter abstracted data into designated databases with precision, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Conduct thorough reviews of abstracted lease data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established scope of work. Collaborate closely with internal teams to clarify lease terms and obligations. Maintain organized records of abstracted lease documents and summaries for future reference and audits. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commercial real estate leasing.
