Key Responsibilities :- Configure and support all aspects of the SAP MM module, including :1. Purchasing2. Inventory Management3. Vendor Master Management4. Invoice Verification5. Logistics Invoice Processing- Lead and manage end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations within SAP.- Configure and support e-invoicing integration and ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., PEPPOL or country-specific frameworks).- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP MM functional specifications.- Manage and execute SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.- Document functional specifications, configuration, test cases, and training materials.- Provide support during system upgrades, patching, and enhancements.- Liaise with business stakeholders to drive issue resolution and system improvements.- Work closely with ABAP developers for custom development when required.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.Required Skills and Experience:- 6+ years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience in implementation and support projects.- Proven expertise in SAP MM configuration across all key sub-modules.- Experience with e-invoicing integration and global compliance frameworks such as PEPPOL.- Strong understanding of P2P process flows and best practices.- Experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and end-user communication.- Excellent documentation skills (functional specifications, SOPs, training documents).- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Familiarity with integration of MM with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and WM is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- SAP MM Certification is preferred.- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
