Job Description


Position Overview

We are seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals for the positions of Associate Professor / Professor in the following areas:

  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Digital Marketing
  • General Management

The candidates will be responsible for teaching, research, and contributing to the academic environment of the university.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Teaching: Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in your respective area.
  2. Research: Conduct and publish high-impact research in reputed national and international journals.
  3. Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum as needed.
  4. Student Mentorship: Mentor and guide students in their academic and research pursuits.
  5. Departmental Duties: Participate in departmental and university administrative duties and committees.
  6. Community Engagement: Engage with the academic and professional community through seminars, workshops, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
  • Ph.D. in HR, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Digital Marketing, General Management, or a closely related field from a reputed national or international institution.
  • Experience:
  • For Associate Professor: A minimum of 5 years of teaching/research experience in a reputed institution.
  • For Professor: A minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience in a reputed institution.
  • Research:
  • A strong record of published research in high-impact journals.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong commitment to teaching and student development.
