The ideal candidate will work closely with clients or internal teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, perform system configuration, provide end-user training, and ensure successful deployment of the SAP B1 system.Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate inend-to-end SAP Business One implementations , including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Conductbusiness process analysisand map client requirements to SAP B1 functionalities. Configure SAP B1 modules such asFinance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Service Managementaccording to client needs. Create and maintainfunctional specificationsfor system enhancements, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate withtechnical teams(developers, database administrators, and system integrators) to design and implement solutions. Conductuser acceptance testing (UAT)and coordinate issue resolution. Stay up to date with the latestSAP B1 features, patches, and industry best practices .Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration(or related field). 3–4 years of experiencein SAP Business One implementation or support. Strong functional knowledge ofcore SAP B1 modules(Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, CRM, etc.). Experience inproject managementor working withimplementation methodologies(e.g., ASAP, Agile). Familiarity withCrystal Reports ,SQL queries , andSAP B1 SDK(an advantage). Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Ability totrain usersanddocument processesclearly. SAP Business Onecertificationpreferred but not mandatory.Optional (Preferred Experience): Experience withadd-ons(Boyum, Core Suite, or industry-specific extensions). Knowledge ofintegration tools(DI API, Service Layer, B1iF). Prior experience inmanufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors . Exposure tocloud or HANA-based SAP B1 environments .Work Environment: On-site (depending on project requirements) and Pune Head office.
