The role requires a strategic thinker with strong content creation abilities and a passion for fostering engaging interactions with students and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media, audience engagement, and digital content distribution—helping drive Xylem’s vision of empowering learners across Karnataka.Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Management- Develop, plan, and create engaging content for platforms including social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, and the website. - Coordinate with the creative team to design visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content. - Monitor content trends and audience preferences to optimize strategies for improved engagement.2. Community Engagement & Growth- Serve as the primary point of contact for Xylem Karnataka’s community, fostering a supportive and interactive environment. - Build and manage online groups, forums, and social media pages to encourage discussions and participation. - Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, grow community reach, and strengthen relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.3. Channel Management- Oversee and optimize all digital channels, including Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook. - Implement strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience retention. - Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in engagement initiatives.4.
