You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing workforce while staying updated onmarket trends and AI innovationsto strengthen our talent strategy.What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Executecampus and professional hiring strategiesacross IT & non-IT roles. Conductmarket researchand stay updated onAI and industry trendsto inform hiring decisions. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Maintain accurateATS data , talent pools, and candidate communications. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Who We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience inTalent Acquisition(IT & non-IT) and campus hiring. Bachelor’s degree inHR, Business Administration , or related field. MBA (HR & Marketing) preferred. Strongcommunication, analytical, and relationship-building skills .
