Position: Senior Business Analyst Location:Preferably Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad Experience:6+ years as a Business Analyst in Banking & Financial Services Work Mode:Hybrid Shift:2 PM – 11:15 PM (as per client requirement) Interview Mode:Video Domain:Banking & Financial Services (FS)About the Role We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Analystwith deep expertise inFinacle Core Banking and Payments systemsto join our Financial Services practice. You will act as a vital bridge between business teams and technology, driving digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across payment platforms.Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into detailed BRDs/FSDs and user stories. Serve as aFinacle SME , managing payment modules (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, IMPS, UPI, etc.) and supporting configurations, enhancements, and integrations. CoordinateUAT and testing cycles , ensuring timely defect resolution and stakeholder sign-off. Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams for smooth project execution. Identify process improvement opportunities within payment workflows while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO20022). Mentor junior analysts and uphold project documentation quality and consistency.Required Skills & Experience 6+ yearsof relevant experience in Banking/Payments;10+ years total experiencepreferred. Strong understanding ofpayment life cycles, clearing, and settlement processes . Proficiency inVisio, Jira, Confluence , andbasic SQLfor analysis and validation. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working inAgile and Waterfallenvironments.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business, or Computer Science. Certifications such asCBAP, IIBA , orPayments-specific credentials . Experience inDigital Banking ,Real-Time Payments , orCore Banking Migrationprojects.
