Position Summary :


We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to own and drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of critical capabilities in OpenGovs web-based B2B application suite. This is a pivotal role within our Product organization, where you will define scalable solutions at the intersection of AI, SaaS architecture, data governance, and user-centric design for the public sector.

The ideal candidate will bring strong product instincts, technical fluency, and enterprise SaaS experience to shape offerings that simplify complexity and deliver tangible value for government Responsibilities Strategy & Vision :


- Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision and multi-year strategy for your domain (e.g., Procurement, Budgeting, Citizen Services).


- Translate high-level business goals into detailed product plans that prioritize measurable impact and value & Execution :


- Own and manage the product roadmap end-to-end, aligning with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, customer success) and external stakeholders (government partners, industry experts).


- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to guide development teams using Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

- Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, performant, and accessible user experiences.


Stakeholder Engagement :


- Act as the bridge between internal business functions and engineering, ensuring all teams are aligned on product priorities and trade-offs.

- Regularly engage with customer success teams, end-users, and field teams to collect feedback and iterate on existing Insights & Optimization :


- Leverage telemetry data, user behavior analytics, and voice-of-customer insights to drive continuous product optimization and innovation.


- Monitor product performance through key KPIs such as NPS, adoption rates, renewal metrics, and support ticket & Market Awareness :


- Stay abreast of emerging trends in SaaS, AI, GovTech, public sector digitization, cybersecurity, and accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG, FedRAMP).


- Benchmark competitor capabilities and identify whitespace opportunities to differentiate OpenGovs platform Leadership :


- Provide product thought leadership across cross-functional teams.


- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to shaping product management best :


- 7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally involving web-based enterprise platforms.


- Proven success managing complex product lifecycles from discovery through delivery and iteration.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, data modeling, integrations, and modern front-end technologies.

- Experience in agile product development and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or Pendo.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a data-informed, customer-obsessed mindset.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related :


- Experience building products for government, regulated industries, or mission-critical environments.


- Prior exposure to AI/ML product integration and ethical AI principles.

- MBA or advanced technical degree.

- Experience working in high-scale, distributed SaaS environments or multi-tenant cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
