Project Role Description :


Lead the end-to-end effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of business and technology alignment to ensure high-quality, timely, and scalable application Skills :

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and configuration of enterprise applications using SAP Master Data Governance tools. You will act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that all application requirements are met effectively. Your role includes team leadership, solution architecture, and quality oversight, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable data governance & Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP MDG

- Lead and manage a development team, ensuring task alignment and high performance

- Take ownership of team-level decisions and deliverables

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated project outcomes

- Provide scalable and strategic solutions to complex business challenges

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities

- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

- Align application delivery with business goals and compliance & Technical Skills :

- Expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool

- Strong knowledge of application architecture and data governance frameworks

- Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles using established methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making

- Familiarity with integration patterns, data quality, and master data lifecycle Information :

- The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience working with SAP MDG tools

- 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement
