  • Expertise in Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management configuration.
  • Lead RFP responses, collaborate with sales & technical teams.
  • Map business requirements, identify fit/gap & provide solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional HCM issues.
  • Conduct client demos, workshops, training & documentation.
  • Collaborate on reports, interfaces, data conversion, extensions.
  • Test & validate technical components, resolve implementation issues.
  • Oversee offshore deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR.
  • Experience in workflows, security, OTBI reports.
  • Strong presentation, communication & teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with Agile / Iterative methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s / MBA (HRMS) preferred.
