Welcome to the forefront of space innovation with Skyroot AerospacePurpose of role: Skilled Network Administrator to oversee our computer networks, ensuring the highest levels of network security and optimal performance.Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage networks with a focus on security and efficiency. - Regularly monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure reliability and availability. - Implement and maintain security measures and protocols to protect the network against threats. - Work closely with the Security Operations Center (SoC) to detect, analyze, and respond to network security incidents. - Stay updated with the latest network security trends, tools, and best practices. - Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with IT team to optimize network performance and security. - Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware. - Provide technical support and training to staff on network usage and security best practices.Skills required:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 0-2 years' experience in network administration, with a strong emphasis on network security. - Hands-on experience with network security protocols, SoC operations, and threat mitigation strategies. - Proficient in managing firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other network security devices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. - Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices. - Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. - Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. - Good analytical and communication skills.Desirable Skills:- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar. - Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, etc.Benefits:We provide seamless transportation, nourishing meals and elevated well-being – Because everyone deserves a smooth ride to successNote : We welcome women with career gaps and applicants from non-aerospace or defence sectors who can bring valuable skills and experiences to our team.
