Education Qualification:

Ph.D. with first class in appropriate branch with excellent

academic track record throughout and outstanding research output.

Experience:

12 years to 15 years teaching Post-Ph.D. Experience relevant to Academics / Industry mixed experience

Other requirements:

Experience as a Dean is highly preferable.

Job description

• Managing the administrative functions related to the academic affairs of the institute.
• Developing college strategic initiatives and participating in Institute long – term planning and policy setting related to academics activity
• Providing senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance and facilitates planning and management.
• Developing strategies, objectives, policies, procedures to support the functional infrastructure of Institute & Academics.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Dean at a business school.
