Nextracker - Business Analyst - Digital Initiatives

Description:The Business Analyst, Digital Initiatives, will be based in Hyderabad, India.In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Logistics.The Business Analyst will lead business system-related developments for the EMS and Logistics Strategy, act as a subject matter expect and drive the adoption of innovative solutions for the group.Watch Culture is our Passion to learn more about us.We Are Looking For Someone Who Demonstrates:- Passionate drive to innovate and create- Integrity to the core- Enthusiastic customer focus- Consistent interactive teamwork- Desire for continuous improvement and top performance.Here Is a Glimpse Of What You Will Do:- Work with the supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs- Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents- Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process- Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.- Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement- Coordinate trouble shooting and providing supporting for team- Coordinate related standard operating procedure drafting and provide training to the team- Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).Here Is Some Of What You Will Need (required):- Bachelors degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems.- Experience working in an international environment- Highly analytical, commercially savvy, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience with Anaplan, Coupa or similar supply chain-oriented business system required- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)- Management skills- Fluent oral and written communications in English- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly- AutonomousHere Are a Few Of Our Preferred Experiences:- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical projects, balancing timelines, quality, and cost.- Proven ability to successfully manage a diverse team within and across regions.At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.Our comprehensive portfolio enables faster project delivery, higher performance, and greater reliability, helping our customers capture the full value of solar power.Our talented worldwide teams are redefining how solar power plants are designed, built, and operated every day with smart technology, data-driven insights, and advanced automation.Together, were building the foundation for the worlds next generation of clean energy infrastructure.We are Nextpower (ref:iimjobs.com)
