Candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment, contributing ideas proactively, and taking ownership of features from concept to production.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain ReactJS applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features. - Write reusable, modular, and testable code while adhering to best practices. - Take ownership of features, from design to deployment, ensuring smooth iterations and releases. - Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. - Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering standards. - Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term product decisions.Required Skills:- 4–5 years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in ReactJS - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend practices. - Experience with Git and branching workflows in a collaborative environment. - Familiarity with REST APIs. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Experience working in an Agile / product-driven environment. - Product mindset — ability to think about end-user impact, maintainability, and long-term scalability.Note:This role follows UK shift timings and is based in Ahmedabad (Work from Office).About us:With over 20 years of experience, MSBC Group delivers cutting-edge technology solutions across industries like financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and startups.
