Manage P&L

CRM Management & Implementation implement and manage CRM systems to streamline sales processes and enhance customer relationship management.


Sales Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the B2B or ecommerce industry.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in a competitive market environment, especially in B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a
  • high-performing sales team including FOS.
  • Ready to go on ground to understand the use case & prepare the best market sales practice.
