Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, Configure, Monitor, manage, and ensure the reliability and availability of Boomi integration platforms in Linux environments.
  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify infrastructure issues before they affect service levels.
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and proactive issue prevention
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide support for critical production issues related to Boomi integrations.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Maintain and document operational runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform regular health checks, maintenance, and patch management for Boomi environments.
  • Identify areas for improvement in system architecture, deployment processes, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with development teams, cloud ops team, network team and other integration teams to implement performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Boomi and cloud technologies and apply relevant advancements to the infrastructure.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, incident response, and reliability metrics.
  • Experience in cloud - AWS/Azure/GCP and Monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog/Grafana or any other relevant tools is an added advantage.

Experience:


• 8+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, or related roles, with a focus on Boomi platform administration.
