Job Summary


We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives. You will be responsible for content creation, social media strategy, community engagement, and performance analytics. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and best practices for growing and maintaining an active, engaged community.


Responsibilities


Content Creation and management


  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content that is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetic.
  • Monitor and engage with social media interactions, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages to foster a positive, active community.


Social media strategy


  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Analyze social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Implement best practices for social media marketing, including hashtag strategy, posting schedules, and platform-specific techniques.


Analytics Reporting


  • Track and analyze key social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and follower growth.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize content and improve overall social media performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, algorithms, and platform changes to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.


Community Engagement


  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, community members, and stakeholders to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, contests, and events to drive community engagement and excitement around the brand.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner through social media channels.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of content created for various platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , YouTube, etc.) and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, brand-appropriate content.
  • Creativity and strong visual content skills, familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
