Looking for Cloud Security Engineer | Chennai to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 4yrs of experience.About CodeVyasa:CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage Azure Policies and Group Policies to enforce organizational compliance and security standards. - Monitor and improve Azure Security Score by remediating identified vulnerabilities and misconfigurations. - Design and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure principle of least privilege and secure access management. - Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Cloud and related Azure security services. - Conduct regular security assessments and assist in incident response and remediation activities. - Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into cloud deployments. - Generate and analyze security reports to track compliance, posture, and improvement areas.Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Security. - Strong understanding of Azure Policies, Azure Security Center/Defender, and RBAC. - Experience managing Group Policies and enforcing enterprise security baselines. - Proficiency in security posture management and incident remediation. - Knowledge of cloud governance, identity & access management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.). - Familiarity with PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation and policy deployment.Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) or equivalent certification. - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments. - Understanding of SIEM tools and threat detection workflows.Why Join CodeVyasa?- Work on innovative, high-impact projects with a team of top-tier professionals. - Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth. - Flexible work environment with a supportive company culture. - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. - Free healthcare coverage.
