As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll architect the backbone of these systems — building real-time applications that connect speech AI, large language models, and data intelligence into one seamless user experience. This is not a typical web dev role — it’s full-stack engineering at the edge of AI innovation. You’ll work with real-time speech streaming, LLM pipelines, and GPU-powered infrastructures that push what’s technically possible.Key Responsibilities Build and maintainweb and admin dashboards(React/Next.js, FastAPI/Django) for AI agent management, live call analytics, and data visualizations. Developsecure, scalable backend APIsfor LLM, speech AI, and CRM integrations. Work with AI and Speech teams to integratevoice, NLP, and RAG pipelinesinto user-facing systems. Optimize real-time systems forlow-latency AI interactionsand concurrent user loads. Collaborate with DevOps for continuous integration and deployment acrosscloud and on-prem GPU servers . Ensure strong code quality, modularity, and security through best practices and automated testing.Preferred Project Experience Minimum 4 years development 4+ ye ars of hands-on experience thriving in demanding, fast-moving project settings where precision and speed matterBuilt scalable AI-en abled web apps or S aaS tools in production.Integ rated LLM A PIs, spe ec h models, orvecto r databases in l ive environments.Exper ience with real- time streaming (WebSockets, WebRTC) andasyncevent-driven systems.Depl o yed in hybrid setups (AWS/Azure + on-prem GPU servers).Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.Preferred Qualification Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI Systems Development. Certifications inCloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)orFull-Stack Development . Advanced coursework or experience indistributed systems or AI integrations .Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, self-starter with a passion for building impactful AI solutions.
