You’ll work directly with theCEO and CXOs , owning Joveo’s most ambitious new growth bets — from identifying white spaces to launching AI-led initiatives that evolve into multi-million-dollar business lines. This role isn’t about maintaining processes or making decks. It’s aboutconceiving bold ideas , validating them through data and experimentation, andbringing them to lifewith precision and purpose. Think of it as being part of Joveo’s internal “innovation studio” — a team that transforms possibilities into measurable outcomes.What You’ll Do Think like a founder— identify high-impact business opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, and recruitment technology. Leadend-to-end initiative lifecycles : from discovery and ideation to proof-of-concept, scaling, and revenue realization. Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams totransform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions . Evaluate and shapeAI-led business modelsthat can unlock new value pools for Joveo and its clients. Build strong feedback loops — measure what matters, learn fast, and adapt to maximize impact. Create the playbooks, frameworks, and operational blueprints toscale early-stage pilots into sustainable business lines. Drive execution excellence — ensuring ideas move beyond slides to real-world adoption, outcomes, and growth. Be thearchitect of new growth stories— not just the executor.What We’re Looking For 2–6 years of experience instrategy, business building, consulting, or high-growth environments(Tech, SaaS, AI, or marketplaces preferred). An entrepreneurial mindset — you see opportunities where others see challenges. Strong problem-solving and analytical rigor — balanced with creative, first-principles thinking. Experience working on0-to-1 projectsor building new products, programs, or lines of business. Excellent communication and storytelling — capable of inspiring action across stakeholders.
