The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes Handle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middleware Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standards Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvementsRequired Skills: 2–5 years in Salesforce development Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus) Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Dev II preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
