Building strong industry partnerships, fostering innovation, employability, and real-world learning.Position Overview: Director – Academic & Institutional Development We seek a dynamic academic leader who will: Drive academic innovation, program expansion, and curriculum enhancement. Build and mentor a cohesive team of faculty and academic staff. Strengthen institutional processes, governance, and compliance. Build collaborations with universities, industry partners, and research institutions. Create a learning ecosystem rooted in academic rigor, student success, and global readiness.Qualifications Doctoral degree in Computer Science or Management (or a related field). Demonstrated experience in academic leadership or institutional administration. Proven expertise in curriculum development and academic planning. Strong understanding of university regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
