Position Overview:


Sàwai Capital is seeking an energetic and charismatic candidate to be a part of its portfolio of super luxury real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering bespoke client experiences. This role is entered around managing HNI and UHNI relationships, exclusively working with Sàwai’s top clients to drive real estate investments in with focus on Dubai and Goa.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment preferences and goals of the HNI/UHNI.
  • Present Sàwai’s exclusive super luxury real estate assets to clients through personalised pitches and client meetings
  • Research on Global Industry Investment Trends



Ideal Candidate’s Profile


Experience: 1-2 years in luxury sales, real estate, or retail with a proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI clients. If you are a fresher, you should be a graduate from one of the top colleges in the country and possess exceptional communication skills.
