This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IND AS accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes.
