Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at MADRAS ENGINEERING WORKS in Umargam. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and overseeing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Operations Management
  • Demonstrated skills in overseeing and managing production processes
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
