Motion Graphics Designer Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Timeline: Immediate Required experience: 3+ years We are looking to hire motion graphics designers to support advertising & digital marketing for global brands. The role would suit those who are experienced in mid-level to advanced motion graphics. You are: Someone with proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer Ability to do Character rigging, Visualization, Illustration and storyboarding Demonstrable video editing ability with a good portfolio Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity Familiarity with special effects, transitions, 3D and compositing Creative mind and storytelling skills Must have at least 3+ years of agency advertising experience Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite ( Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a MUST. Familiarity with Blender , Cinema 4D and Davinci Resolve (Optional) Familiarity with Mac Systems ( optional ) Typography, Layout, and Design skills Experience working within brand guidelines, as well as adapting campaign look & feel Passionate about design, and a student of social trends Possess a willingness to explore multiple options and adapt to stakeholder feedback Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through and thrive in a fast-paced environment Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects What you'd do: Manipulate and edit provided raw AVs Design and animate titles, end cards, and accompanying graphics for different platforms Design and animate social media posts, generating original content from scratch as well as adapting or incorporating provided assets Work closely with art directors to create concept solutions for clients Work with the creative team and production to understand project scope and objectives. Adaptation of campaign assets - logo and artwork preparation, retouching, color grading, etc. Proficient in cutting, transitions, and mixing audio to video. Export and deliver appropriate files to the specification given. General IT housekeeping of software, plugins, assets, style guides, etc. Compliance with guidelines, deadlines, and design standards. Adhere to internal workflow and process The ability to find workflow efficiencies and optimization across the pipelines is a plus. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
