Note : If shortlisted, you will be invited for initial rounds on 8th November'25 (Saturday) in :Incorta Admin- Experience with Incorta architecture- Experience with Incorta data pipelines- Experience with Incorta Admin functions.- Incorta backups and restore- Incorta Audit logs- Incorta migration.- Incorta Security framework- Unix commands- Work European hours- Work on L2 rotation support during week ends.Key Responsibilities :- Designing and Implementing Data Solutions: Architecting and building end-to-end data solutions on Azure, leveraging Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure services.- Data Pipeline Development: Developing and maintaining data pipelines using Databricks, ensuring seamless data integration and processing.- Performance Optimization: Optimizing Spark jobs for performance and cost-efficiency within Databricks clusters.- Security and Governance: Implementing and maintaining security controls, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with stakeholders, including data analysts, scientists, and business users, to understand requirements and provide technical support.- Mentorship and Leadership :Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members in multiple pods.- Data Engineering Expertise: Proficiency in data modelling, data warehousing, data integration, and ETL/ELT processes.- Cloud Computing Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as code, serverless computing, and containerization.- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps principles, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex problems, develop creative solutions, and troubleshoot issues.- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
