Headquartered in Gurgaon, we are expanding ourRBD Corporate businessby hiring ambitious young professionals to drivenew business growthacross India and GCC.Role: Assistant Sales Manager – New Business Development We are seekingdynamic, ambitious sales professionalswho thrive on building new client relationships and delivering revenue growth.Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquirenew medium-to-large corporate clientsin assigned territory. Conductdaily customer visits, presentations, and demosto generate new leads. Develop a strong pipeline through networking, cold-calling, industry connects, and digital platforms. Achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Cross-sell DCGpac’s solutions (packaging, procurement, sustainability, design & branding). Maintain accurate reporting of leads, opportunities, and conversion ratios.Candidate Profile 2-5 years of sales experiencein B2B, enterprise solutions, packaging, or corporate procurement. Graduate from areputed university ; MBA/Engineer preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. High energy, ambitious, target-drivenwith a strong hunter mindset. Proven ability toacquire and grow new clients . Willingness for frequent customer visits and extended working hours.What We Offer Competitivefixed salary ₹5–8 LPA (or equivalent in Dubai) .
