The ideal candidate will be someone who not only writes clean and scalable code but also thinks about long-term product evolution, maintainability, and user experience . Candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment, contributing ideas proactively, and taking ownership of features from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ReactJS applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features . Write reusable, modular, and testable code while adhering to best practices. Take ownership of features, from design to deployment , ensuring smooth iterations and releases. Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering standards. Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term product decisions . Required Skills: 4–5 years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in ReactJS Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend practices . Experience with Git and branching workflows in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with REST APIs . Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working in an Agile / product-driven environment . Product mindset — ability to think about end-user impact, maintainability, and long-term scalability . Note: This role follows UK shift timings and is based in Ahmedabad (Work from Office).
