Work Location- Noida (Work from Office)


Position Overview:

As the Salesforce Practice Head, you play a crucial role in shaping your organization’s Salesforce initiatives. You work collaboratively with stakeholders, Sales team, engineers, and technology leaders to drive innovative solutions aligned with the digital transformation strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategist: You manage multiple responsibilities, including being a strategist, practice leader, operations manager, people’s leader, delivery expert, and a presales specialist.
  • Experience: You should have over 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years specifically managing a large Salesforce practice.
  • Metrics and Processes: You align the Salesforce growth strategy with overall enterprise applications focus and the firm’s business strategy. You define metrics and processes to measure success.
  • Global Business Growth: Your role involves driving the firm’s global Salesforce business and growth across global markets.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: You manage talent acquisition, development, and attrition within the practice.
  • Client Engagement: You actively support sales opportunities, translate solutions into value propositions, and help win deals.
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership to position your organization as a leading global Salesforce services provider.
  • Industry Expertise: Contribute industry expertise and understanding of client business.
  • Resource Management: Monitor practice resources to ensure relevance to Salesforce technologies and market needs.
  • Multi-Discipline Teams: Support delivery teams by assembling multi-discipline Salesforce teams for project excellence.
  • Product and Technology Knowledge: Develop a team with deep knowledge of complementary products and technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of over 12+ years, with at least 5 years managing a large Salesforce practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a practice.
  • Should possess strong experience working on Presales /Proposal with multiple clouds exposure like Sales / Service / Industry / Commerce Cloud/ Health Cloud / Data Cloud etc.
  • Thought leadership and expertise in Salesforce technologies.
  • Ability to align growth strategy with business goals.
  • Strong client engagement skills and a track record of winning deals.
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of client needs.
