Excellent Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Leadership.Must-Have ITIL Foundation Certification; Experience in Handling Major Incident Bridges Basic Knowledge of IT Landscape Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills Open to 24/7 shift Good-to-Have Knowledge about all the ITSM process Experience in ServiceNow ToolResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1Handle incidents, Major Incidents and Problems on a regular basis 2Identifying and classifying incidentsbased on severity and impact on the business. 3Leading incident response teamsand ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders. 4Coordinating the response to incidents , ensuring swift resolution andminimal impact on services 5Working closely with technical teamsto understand and resolve incidents 6Communicating effectively with stakeholdersabout incident status, impact, and resolution progress 7Documenting incidents and their resolutionsto facilitate future improvements. 8Escalating incidentsto higher levels of management or external vendors when necessary. 9Managing the life cycle of all incidentsfrom identification to resolution 10Conducting post-incident reviewsto identify root causes and develop recommendations for prevention 11Analyzing incident datato identify trends and areas for improvementThe role requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management processes, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
