Your role Lead project controlling and financial reporting Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing Analyze KPIs (P&L, Cash, FTE, Subcontractors) Ensure revenue recognition, cost control, and billing accuracy Manage stakeholder relationships and team performance Ensure compliance with financial standards and audits We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 12 to 15 years of work experience Your profile 10+ years in project controlling 5+ years team management SAP HANA (2+ yrs), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Access Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modelling, queries), Access, Power BI What you'll love about working here We’re committed to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging at Capgemini.
