Description :Job Title : Technical Content Writer (Intermediate Level)Location : Mohali, PunjabExperience: 2+ YearsAbout the Role:Xorosoft is looking for a Technical Content Writer with a strong understanding of software products and enterprise applications.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for our cloud-based ERP software solution.You will work closely with the product, development, and QA teams to produce high-quality documentation, guides, and learning materials that help our users understand and leverage Xorosofts platform effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, and feature overviews.- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to understand technical features and translate them into clear, concise content.- Write SEO-friendly website and blog content related to ERP, automation, and enterprise software.- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and documentation standards across all deliverables.- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.- Assist in creating in-app help text, onboarding materials, and tooltips for user assistance.- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation aligned with product Bachelors degree in English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in technical content writing or documentation for software applications.- Strong command over English grammar, structure, and tone.- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, or Adobe FrameMaker.- Experience in writing for ERP, SaaS, or enterprise-level applications is highly desirable.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Good to Have:- Experience in API documentation or developer-oriented content.- Exposure to Agile environments and understanding of software development workflows.- Basic knowledge of HTML or Markdown formatting.- Creative mindset for producing engaging technical blogs and thought-leadership articles.Why Join Xorosoft?:At Xorosoft, youll work on an innovative cloud-based ERP platform used by global businesses to manage operations efficiently.Youll collaborate with an energetic, cross-functional team, gain exposure to enterprise product documentation, and contribute to improving user experience through impactful content.
