The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, includinghair care, cooking edible oils, spices, and coconut oil.The role involves achieving primary and secondary sales targets, managing distributors and retailers, ensuring product availability, and executing trade promotionsKey Responsibilities:Achieve primary & secondary sales targets Handle distributor and retailer management Ensure outlet coverage, order booking & route planning Drive product availability, visibility & merchandising Execute trade schemes and promotional activities Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure timely collections and sales reportingKey Skills:FMCG Sales, General Trade (GT), Distributor Management, Retail Sales, Channel Sales, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Order Booking, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Route Planning, Field SalesEligibility / Qualifications: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred) Strong communication & negotiation skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory Should have experience at least 2 Years in similar roleCompensation Benefit Fixed salary + performance‑based incentives / bonuses.
