Description:Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP MMProcurement Testing Consultant to lead the validation and quality assurance of procurement and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes in SAP implementation and rollout projects. This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP MM, hands-on testing skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring system reliability, compliance, and performance across business-critical procurement operations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end functional and integration testing for SAP MM procurement cycles including PR to PO, Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Receipt (IR), and vendor management.- Validate configurations for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, release strategies, approval workflows, and subcontracting processes.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to plan, execute, and manage test cycles for new implementations, upgrades, and support releases.- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business process requirements and project scope.- Execute regression, UAT, and system integration tests ensuring process accuracy and compliance with defined KPIs.- Track and manage defects through tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager; drive root cause analysis and retesting.- Support test automation frameworks and continuous regression testing initiatives to streamline QA processes.- Review and validate test evidence for audit readiness and project quality assurance.- Provide post-deployment testing and hyper-care support ensuring stable operations post go-live.- Work closely with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination and timely issue resolution.Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM with specialization in procurement and testing.- Strong understanding of P2P business processes including PR, PO, GR, IR, subcontracting, and inventory management.- Exposure to integration points with FI, WM, and Ariba modules.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori-based procurement transactions preferred.- Proficiency in QA and defect management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.- Strong skills in test documentation, business process validation, and traceability management.- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in SAP rollout or upgrade testing projects.- Familiarity with automated testing tools like Worksoft Certify or Tricentis Tosca.- ISTQB or SAP Testing Certification.- Exposure to supplier collaboration platforms or third-party procurement integrations.Why Join:- Be part of high-impact global SAP transformation projects.- Collaborate with expert SAP professionals and cross-functional business teams.- Gain exposure to the latest SAP S/4HANA and automation testing technologies.- Competitive compensation, professional growth, and performance-based rewards.
