Product Manager - Specialty Chemical/Paint/Coatings

Responsibilities:

- Work in co-ordination with sales team with independent PAN India sales & business development responsibility for allotted principal.

- Responsible for revenue generation for the allotted principal

- Closely interact with key customers and sales team to ensure sales budgets are achieved.

- Establish, track and close new business targets consistent with short- and long-term objectives at designated accounts.

- Develop contact matrix and establish strong relationships with key decision makers and project facilitators.

- Coordinate with principal on regular basis in terms business development, material planning, technical queries etc.

- Prepare monthly/weekly customer visit plans to efficiently engage with customers on a regular basis.

- Compliance with MIS report requirements with all principals in co-ordination with sales team.

- Keep track of samples and get feedback from customers with regular follow up/visits.

- Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers. Competition market analysis.

- Timely updating of CRM with proper visit reports, enlisting new leads and opportunities.
