- Collaborate within Agile framework to deliver solutions effectively and efficiently.

- Translate business requirements into technical documentation

- Identify opportunities to enhance data encryption processes and strengthen security

Your team :

You'll be part of the Data Confidentiality and Protection team based in Hyderabad, India.

This team plays a crucial role in safeguarding the banks sensitive data while aligning with global security standards.

As an IT Business Analyst, youll bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements, ensuring robust encryption mechanisms and data security practices are in place.

Your expertise :

- Experience in encryption technology, security analysis, and data protection, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of encryption algorithms, key management systems, and security protocols.

- Familiarity with the Agile delivery models.

- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, SharePoint and Power BI.

- Experience with encryption analysis tools and reporting platforms.

- Ability to communicate complex security data effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different teams and departments.

- Fluent in English to support global collaboration and communication.
