Job Title: Sr. ERP.ETL Data Migration Lead Years of experience : 10+ years Location: Chennai Notice Period : Immediate joiner, 10 days Work Mode: Work From Office, On site JOB Mission: We are looking for an experienced ERP ETL Data Migration Specialist with a strong background in executing data migration projects for ERP systems, including SAP (preferably SAP Business One) and NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) during ERP migrations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, technical acumen, and the ability to handle complex data migration challenges while working in collaboration with cross-functional teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ERP Data Migration skills : o Solid experience in developing data migration strategies and plans, ensuring proper execution of cutover processes. Lead data migration efforts by creating comprehensive data migration plans at the program level, including cutover plans for loading transactional objects.( P2P, OTC,LTQ etc.,) o Drive mapping sessions for converting source data to target data during the data migration process. o Collaborate with other teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements, data quality and resolve issues that arise during the migration process. o Conduct data validation and reconciliation during the testing phase. o Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure the success of data migration projects through effective planning and execution. o Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the successful migration of SAP data, addressing any potential data dependencies and impacts of data loads. o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. o Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment on integration strategies. Document technical designs, workflows, and procedures for all integration-related activities. QUALIFICATIONS Education: o Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: o Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ERP data migration, with a focus on SAP and NetSuite / Oracle projects. o Hands-on experience with large-scale data migration projects, including legacy-to- cloud ERP migrations. o Proven expertise in developing and managing ETL processes for complex data transformation and migration tasks.
• Technical Skills: o In-depth understanding of SAP Master, and Transactional data structures o Proficiency in SQL Server, including SSIS for ETL workflows and advanced SQL for data manipulation. o Strong understanding of ERP database structures, schemas, and integration frameworks. o Familiarity with data migration tools such as NetSuite data flows, Boomi, or other ETL platforms. o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve migration challenges. o Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SAP Query, NetSuite Suite script's, Python, PowerShell) to support migration tasks (preferred). Desired Skills and Competencies o Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the successful migration of SAP data, addressing any potential data dependencies and impacts of data loads. o Ability to manage complex data migration tasks in a large-scale SAP ERP environment. o SAP certifications (preferably SAP Business One) or NetSuite certifications are highly desirable. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. o A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
