Job Title: Application Lead – Snowflake Data Warehouse

Location: Chennai, India

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse to lead the design, development, and configuration of applications. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and provide both technical and leadership guidance. This role requires balancing hands-on technical proficiency with team management skills to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Lead, guide, and manage the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive decision-making within the team and across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align application development with organizational objectives.
• Provide effective solutions to complex technical and project-related challenges.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and influence key technology decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced data querying techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to modern data integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Information

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• Candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
