Hiring: Contract & Commercial Management Expert


Key Responsibilities


  • Working to support sales team in achieving their objectives; driving New Sales Growth, ensuring seamless
  • contract renewals and supporting Price renewal discussions
  • Drafting and executing contract through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery team in Salesforce system
  • Review newly signed customers contracts and process sales order in salesforce system
  • Tracking and executing renewals and price revisions via working with sales, legal, delivery
  • Coordinating with delivery/project team on billing and support invoicing team for accurate, timely billing etc.
  • Ensure no leakage in billing/revenue
  • Facilitating statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales order, billing etc.
  • Assist in revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis


Job Requirements


  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Process oriented mindset and detail orientation
  • Ability to adhere to internal controls, guideline
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting software, Salesforce System & Good in MS Office
  • Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with Senior management in sales,
  • Flexible to work in different time zone
  • Pro-activeness and adhering to timelines
  • Ability to understand contractual terms


Experience: 5 to 8 years

Qualifications : MBA (Finance)/CMA/CA (Inter)
